Palais de Chaillot is a complex of museums and a theater located at Trocadéro. It has some of the best views of the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro gardens. Arrive at Trocadéro by metro, or hop off a double-decker sightseeing tour in Paris (they all have a stop at Trocadéro) to see the breathtaking panorama of Paris.

Théâtre national de Chaillot is known for its contemporary dance performances. If you would like to see one, consider buying tickets online. For other museums at Palais de Chaillot you can purchase tickets at the museums' box office - there should not be a line to get in.
After exploring Palais de Chaillot and enjoying the views, you can then walk to the Eiffel Tower and spend some time there. Right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower there is a stop for the Sienne cruises, the cruise company is Vedette de Paris. Take a 1-hour sightseeing cruise on the Seine to see Palais de Chaillot from another side as well as experience the magnificent views of the Central Paris.
